The fourth and final novella in the Tales From Blue Springs seriers, R.Garth pushes Southern Gothic to its most grotesque limit with  freakish characters that include a hatchet murderer called Sarah, a hook man, an animal man (a time-traveling, half man/half bear), the 'Sleeping Preacher' (X+Y=Z), and even a gargantuan mutant walking catfish.
